What this job involves

This role is the face and voice of Bunbury Forum, dealing with customers, contractors, retailers and staff members. Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities and enjoys a varied work load.

Duties include:

  • Ensure Reception Switchboard is manned at all times and calls answered promptly with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times.
  • General secretarial duties (typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, binding, scanning and any other duty as specified by the Centre Administrator).
  • Maintain and update all Shopping Centre registers – Tenant Phone List, Tenant After Hours Contact List, Tenant Insurance, Contractor Insurance, Contractors List, Lease Registers, Key Register and Asset Register, Public Liability Register and any other specified by the Centre Manager.
  • Attend to general customer and tenant enquiries.
  • Work with the Centre Administrator on various tasks such as filing, cheque receipting, purchase order entry, creditor invoice batching and tenant invoice distribution.
  • Be responsible for inducting all contractors on site and making sure they return all site keys at the end of each day.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager and Security Company to arrange all after hours security jobs on site for tenants or contractors when required.
  • Assist with collecting sales figures from tenants on a monthly basis.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

The Shopping Centre Concierge and Business Support role is part time Thursday and Friday

You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality or customer service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.

You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.

Good telephone manner and high personal presentation

Calm person who can manage challenging customer interactions, whilst remaining calm and professional.

Intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Engaged team member who is eager to learn and grow.
