Job Description

Browns Plains Hotel has an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated & proactive Senior Assistant Venue Manager that would like progression to Venue Manager. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating the day-to-day operations. 

The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

  • Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in an Assistant Venue Manager role
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate stock loss
  • Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department, and venue consumables
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
