Job Description

The Position

:

  • Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations 
  • Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
  • Manage functions for various occasions 
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied 
  • Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices 
  • Organise rosters as per requirements 
  • Financial reporting
  • The Person:

  • Displayed supervisory or management experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment 
  • A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff
