Job Description

We’re seeking a HR Generalist with 7+ years of experience to join our global People Experience (PX) team in the ANZ region. As a seasoned HR generalist, you will help drive our PX strategy, be a trusted business partner, and lead PX projects for our growing business.

What you’ll need:

7+ years of HR experience, ideally with broad exposure to OD, remuneration, projects, employment law, and coaching.

Demonstrated ability to deliver HR projects, take ownership, and drive outcomes.

Passion for people, driving positive change, and thriving in a fast-paced, start-up culture.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with C-suite executives, leaders, and team members across the ANZ region.

Willingness to travel interstate (once per quarter) and internationally (1-2 times per year).
