Your new role 

Our Risk and Procurement Advisory practice assesses the activities and risks our clients face and finds ways to improve their business practices. As the facilitator of change at an organisational and business process level, the team makes a real difference to our clients by identifying their untapped potential and supporting continuous improvement. Key services offered by the team include procurement advice, probity, internal audit, risk management, IT governance and strategy, cyber security and fraud investigations. 

The team assistant provides administration support to a group of professional service providers. Core accountabilities for the role include managing and prioritising a range of administration tasks to ensure the accounting team meets client expectations. The team assistant will collaborate with a group of EA’s and PA’s to facilitate internal social events, manage ad hoc administration requests and implement process improvement. This role will include managing group templates, document management, system updates and calendar bookings. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Send out calendar invites for group events and large meetings
• Booking meeting rooms and organising team members travel through CTM
• Document management and filing documentation accurately
• Creating client proposals using InDesign and PowerPoint
• Designing/implementing internal communications and external proposal documents
• Planning and coordinating team and firm events
• Managing client changes and updating internal systems

What you bring 

You will have a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration.

You will have experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks.

You are proficient in creating presentation material through PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
