Job Description

Our client, Southern NSW Local Health District, is seeking to recruit Registered Nurses for the following specialties:

  • General Medical
  • Emergency
  • ICU
  • Residential Aged Care
  • Paediatrics
  • Maternity
  • Theatre
  • General Surgical
  • Mental Health
  • There are 9 hospitals within the local health District at Batemans Bay, Bega, Cooma, Crookwell, Goulburn, Moruya, Pambula, Queanbeyan and Yass

    The area extends from the pristine beaches of the NSW South Coast, the farmlands of the Southern Tablelands, across the picturesque Great Dividing Range and the spectacular Snowy Mountains.
    . 3 multipurpose services at Bombala, Braidwood and Delegate. Mental Health, Alcohol and other drugs and Community Health services are co-located throughout the district with additional facilities at Narooma, Eden and Jindabyne Health One.

    Base salaries between $74,000 and $90,000 Plus 6 weeks paid annual leave and 10.5% superannuation

    What they can offer:
    1. Sponsorship under the Temporary Skill Shortage- nomination (482), with the option to progress to Employer Nomination for a Permanent Appointment (186) in the second year
    2. A generous incentive package may be available up to a total value between $5000 and $10,000 per employee, depending on the position and location

    Essential requirements are:
    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA or an eligibility letter for full registration with AHPRA
    • Commencement within 6 months after acceptance of the offer of employment
    • Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
