Our Concierge business in Melbourne is rapidly growing. This has created an opportunity to bring on a new role – Head Concierge and Operations. This dynamic position serves two key purposes – seamless relief coverage for our client sites and business operational support and administration. The role offers great exposure and career opportunity, covering both front-of-house and head office tasks. 

The position will see you working across all of our client sites, roving from building to building on an as-needed basis. You will be responsible for creating a strong sense of community, establishing the lobby as a warm, welcoming and vibrant destination. When located on site, you will be based in the lobby of commercial and residential assets, delivering our suite of services, forming relationships with employees and residents, and warmly welcoming all visitors. 

When off-the-desk, you will be located at our head office, supporting the Associate Director in Concierge operations and enhancements. This will include administrative and operational tasks such as documenting operating procedures, relief coverage planning, and uniform management. There will also be opportunity to innovate and drive continual improvement through mystery shopping, training, and service partner liaison.

We’re looking for a passionate ‘people-person’. This position is perfect for someone looking to expand their front-of-house experience, through gaining exposure and experience in management and operations. 

We’re looking for a service-centric professional who is energetic, positive and confident. You will be a natural at meeting and engaging with a wide range of people. Follow-through, attention to detail and an operational mindset will be critical to the success of this role.
