We’relooking for a dynamic marketing professional who loves the marketing mix asmuch as we do and has stellar marketing knowledge and next level organisationalskills help us create and implement campaigns that build Baptist Care SA’smarket share.

Reportingto the Marketing and Media Manager, you will easily build relationships with program leads and understand their business needs then translatethese into detailed marketing briefs that guide the work of copywriters, photographers, videographers,designers and printers.

You have next-level organisational skills thatyou will use to map all deliverables and deadlines on our online projectmanagement system, which you will keep updated to keep the team informed.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Coordinatingthe creation and delivery of marketing collateral for digital, social media andprint channels by working with key internal stakeholders and external agencypartners.
  • Contributingto the development of digital strategies to increase brand awareness, engagementand leads.
  • Curatingcontent on Baptist Care SA’s website while contributing to planning a newdigital platform.
  • Creatingwebsite landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns and capturecustomer leads.
  • Curatingclient mailing lists and distribution of electronic direct mailouts using aCRM.
  • Drivingperformance and growth across social media platforms by tracking and translatingdata insights.

  • Tertiaryqualification in Marketing or a related discipline, and/ or equivalentdemonstrated experience in a related field
  • Experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experiencewith email marketing software
  • Experiencewith CRM systems
  • Supportiveteam player with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
