Media Reconciliation Clerk

Reporting to Finance Director and Management Accountant

Location: Melbourne

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE NEW BREED OF Media Reconciliations Clerk

For a 5 – 6 month contract to support the Accounts team working with one of CHEP Networks large and high value clients.

HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE?

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing media invoices to ensure compliance with the clients policy 
  • Collecting and reviewing evidence provided by the media team to ensure compliance with the clients policy 
  • Submitting invoices and evidence into BQMS. 
  • Submitting invoices and evidence into Tradeshift. 
  • Responding to queries from the clients BPO team where possible and assigning to relevant media teams as required.
  • Following up with the client for payment to help with maintaining a suitable debtors ratio.
  • Maintaining our debtors report and assisting with the client weekly reporting.
  • Maintaining a positive rapport with external the clients BPO team and internal staff.
  • Assisting the wider Finance department with any other workload requirements and/or ad hoc duties.
  • From time to time assist the team with any other projects.

For this role we can consider flexible work arrangements e.g. part time or flexible hours.

To be considered previous experience of media reconciliations is required.
