  • The Principal Advisor Maintenance Performance and Data Analytics undertakes data analysis, develops policies, and engages strategically with key stakeholders to help improve housing outcomes through data-based enhancements to maintenance service delivery.

    This includes implementing a strong service delivery ethos and project management practices across all elements of service delivery design, procurement, and stakeholder engagement to ensure services achieve the defined standards and are within budget.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Manage and lead the review and development of internal approaches to performance and reporting including approaches to benchmarking, performance measures, report development and report analysis.
  • Provide high-quality reports to meet internal and external performance and reporting requirements including appropriate analysis of complex information.
  • Provide authoritative advice and sound recommendations on data collections, definitions and business rules to meet the department’s internal and external reporting and analytical requirements.
