Warehouse Pick/packers

Programmed Skilled Workforce has new & exciting opportunities with an international food packing business and are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic and team orientated Warehouse Pickers & Packers who are eager to advance their skills and join their growing Bunbury team.

Our client, Hilton Foods Australia are part of the Hilton Food Group based in the UK, with meat manufacturing plants throughout the UK, Western & Central Europe and Australia. Hilton Foods Australia have a long-term partnership with Woolworths Limited to supply Woolworths Supermarkets with packaged and value-added meat products.

About your new role:

• Fast paced and exciting environment
• Use of various equipment and machinery
• Manual handling including lifting, wrapping, stacking and transporting goods
• Batching, picking and packing to Quality Control Standards
• Repetitive manual handling
• Safe work manner
• Shifts are likely Monday to Saturday, with AM or PM shifts available

About you:

• Comfortable working in a cool room environment
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen
• Flexible work attitude and possess the ability to work varied shifts depending on operational requirements including weekends and public holidays
• Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team
