Trainee Laboratory Technician

Wagners currently have an opportunity to complete a Traineeship in Laboratory Techniques (Construction Materials), where the role will receive support and guidance from qualified mentors and RTO training. Based at Wellcamp QLD, this position would suit someone who is enthusiastic and keen to get a hands-on start to their career!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Perform sampling and testing of concrete and aggregates to recognised and approved methods
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in working order and condition
  • Checking calculations on worksheets
  • Reporting of equipment deficiencies

About you

  • An interest in gaining qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills to communicate/interact with management, vendors and personnel
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Drivers Licence (desirable)
