We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic leader to join theConcrete Operations team as Plant Manager overseeing the mobile concreteplant in the Fosterville Gold Mine in near Bendigo in regionalVictoria. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a multi-faceted role responsible for theconcrete operations, overseeing the daily management, sales, operational andfinancial activities.

In your new role, you will:

  • Be in the driver’s seat, managing the day-to-day operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including sales, financial reporting and managing costs within budget
  • Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customer
