Job Description

Lorraine Jones & Associates are seeking a dedicated Family Lawyer to operate out of their Eltham office. Lorraine Jones & Associates has a broad suburban practice, including (but not limited to) family law, property and conveyancing, Wills and estates, commercial dispute resolution and litigation.

Work for a firm which is well-known and highly regarded in the local community providing exceptional service to clients. You will be working with a high performing team where you will receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of the senior principal.

As a qualified Family Lawyer, you should have experience in the following matters:

  • Financial separation
  • FCFCOA litigation
  • Child support
  • Intervention orders
  • Divorce

About you:

  • At least 3 years post admission
  • Client centric with a proactive approach
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to anticipate work requirements
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Compassionate, enthusiastic and strive for excellence
  • Highly computer literate with experience in Word and Outlook
