The Company

Our client is a global organisation specialising in delivering heating, cooling, and energy, ensuring the busiest cities and the most remote locations have support whenever and wherever they need it.

The Role

Starting ASAP, this role reports to the Recruitment Manager, and you will be part of a small team that significantly impacts the business.

Partnering closely with the Internal Recruitment Specialist, your ability to remain agile, focused and innovative whilst sourcing for candidates will be essential.

You will also be responsible for:

• Screening candidates for roles across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
• Building engagement with candidates via approved social channels and referrals.
• Partnering with your team to generate ideas, leverage resources, and contribute to sourcing strategies effectively.
• Promoting the company brand during all sourcing activities.
• Where appropriate, attend hiring manager briefing calls, ensuring you agree and understand the brief, timelines and other relevant information.
• Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to company policies and procedures.
• General HR administrative tasks.

The Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have or be working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Additionally, you will have at least 2+ years of experience in an agency or internal recruitment. Ideally, you will have experience recruiting for technical & operational, mining, engineering, or FIFO roles.

Based in Braeside, this role offers work-from-home days, with 2-3 working in the office.

It is a six-month fixed-term contract role offering an attractive salary package with 11% superannuation.

Working hours may be full-time or part-time for the right candidate.
