About the Role

  • Responsible for developing and executing Ramsay Health Care’s ongoing Graduate Recruitment Strategy and Processes.
  • Lead a small team to coordinate all graduate recruitment
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow and evolve our graduate pipeline
  • Flexible work options – Full time / Part time / Work from Home / Hybrid

You will have:

  • Experience in graduate / early careers recruitment or similar role
  • Experience in bulk and campaign recruitment
  • Experience coordinating recruitment across large, multi-site organisations
  • Good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets (excel)
  • Strategically minded with a desire to grow the graduate pipeline
  • A growth mindset and high levels of curiosity demonstrated through keeping up with industry trends and a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Excellent data and analytics skills, with the ability to review large volumes of data to gain insights and inform decision making.
  • Proactive and outcome focused, with a demonstrated ability to make decisions as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
