Looking for work with purpose? Our Randstad office in Hobart has an exciting opportunity to join their team.

the role

• You will seek to understand client and candidates recruitment needs in order to deliver customised meaningful recruitment solutions
• You will initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract new business to Randstad.
• Daily, you will initiate a range of sourcing activities, networking, conducting reference checks, telephone screening, attending internal & external meetings and making business development calls to clients
• You will build and maintain trusting relationships that are collaborative, transparent and impactful
• You will consistently achieve positive results by hitting your weekly / monthly sales targets
• You will act as a skilled negotiator at all levels and quickly resolve client & candidate issues
