The School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences (CDMS) is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled candidate for the position of Engagement Assistant. The position is located in the pooled area servicing the Schools of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering, Design and Built Environment. The position is based at the Kingwood or Parramatta Campuses. The successful applicant will be required to travel to any of the of Western Sydney University campuses and work on events after normal university hours.

The successful candidate will undertake high quality Event Management, Marketing activities and other projects in regards student recruitment, school engagement and promotion. The position requires strong Word, Excel and Web editor skills. The successful candidate will have marketing, copy writing skills and experience in event management. The position requires strong Word, Excel and time management skills as well as experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to have capacity to manage a wide range of administrative functions within a high volume work area to provide high quality service

Remuneration Package : HEW Level 4 – $84,578 to $90,045 p.a. (comprising Salary of $71,470 to $76,089 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
