We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Chefs to join our passionate and talented team. We currently have opportunities for Demi and Chef de Partie Chefs.

About the Role…

In these positions, you will be responsible for the below duties:

Demi Chef:

• Consistently create quality products in line with standard recipe cards
• Deliver an outstanding level of service
• Multitask and work under pressure without compromising quality

Chef de Partie: (in addition to the above)

• Train and guide Chefs and monitor and report on employee performance
• Control food stock and ensure wastage is minimised at all times
• Ensure an efficient workflow in the kitchens

About you…

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills & attributes:

• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in similar establishments
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure without compromising in quality
• Current Safe Food Handling Certification
• Demonstrated experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of HACCP
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia
