THE OPPORTUNITY 
With 2000 + employees working in over 3,500 sites located in Australia, this position will provide administrative support to the Talent acquisition team, across all business partnerships and People and Safety teams. This is collaborative role, where you will also gain exposure to additional recruitment duties and responsibilities, such as latest recruitment interview methods, strategies and market platforms, ensuring that City’s workforce needs and goals are continually met.      

  

ABOUT THE ROLE  

This is a hybrid WFH position, with our state-of-the-art offices located in Mulgrave, Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this is a hands’ on, high volume position. You will provide end to end support through all phases of City’s recruitment cycle and will become a trusted advisor to our operations management teams.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:-  

  • Work in close proximity with Recruitment Advisors, People & Culture Managers and Advisors and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Handling general enquiries from candidates and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain internal “Talent Community pool”
  • Provide support with the scheduling of candidate interviews when required
  • Undertake general administrative and HR duties/activities. 
  • Work to and achieve SLA’s/KPI’s 

  

To be considered for this role be/have: 

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR team (preferred)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and drive to finish tasks
  • Ability to effectively plan & prioritise
  • Strong communication skills
