Job Description

  • The main point of contact for general HR enquiries, both internal and external.
  • Support the HR Director & General Manager in mid and long-term company plans.
  • Support Store Managers and Area Managers with the sourcing of candidates (Job advertisement, recruitment tools, first contact with candidates…)
  • Ensure the respect of company and group remuneration guidelines in salary proposal and evolutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • + 3 / 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • A keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and adaptability/flexibility to a fast-paced environment are important.
  • Proactivity and ability to multi-task.
  • A strong sense of Collaboration and ability to develop trust with your internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as confidentiality and discretion.
  • A previous experience in an international environment or Retail/Fashion is a plus.
