Having been in operation for over 25 years this brand has a strong reputation for providing a quality service to its customers. You will be joining a supportive Talent Acquisition team based regionally across Australia.
  
The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager will assist with the end-to-end recruitment of a high volume of roles. Due to industry, the roles will be high volume and blue collar. This is an end-to-end recruitment role and as such your day-to-day responsibilities will include screening of candidates, organising interviews, coordination of manager’s diaries and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You will manage the offer process from start to finish as well as assisting with the building of talent pools.
  
  
The Criteria
The ideal person will have a background in recruiting high-volume, blue-collar roles. You must be a highly professional individual with a strong background in agency or Internal Recruitment – if you are looking to make a transition from agency to internal this could be the role for you! As well as someone with excellent stakeholder relationship skills, you will ideally be familiar recruiting for a high volume of roles across all levels.
