We provide our clients with the deepest understanding of audiences—and we can’t do that without our Panel Recruitment and Field Operations teams. They work in-person to build important connections with current panelists, who provide the vital data that powers businesses, and recruit new panelists.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are the official source of television audience measurement for the free to air networks andsubscription television channels in Australia. At Nielsen TAM, we are passionate about improving our clients; understanding of what their consumers watch on television.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Installing and maintaining TV rating equipment
Job scheduling
Administration duties including accurate data entry
Stock control
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Work autonomously.
Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player
Pride yourself in exceptional customer service, going above and beyond.
Have attention to detail across all aspects of self time management and documenting critical information to the business.
Have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
General knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment
Computer literate and have a strong passion for technology.
A basic understanding of LAN.
Open to a dynamic business landscape with a positive attitude.
Hold a current and valid Australian drivers licence.
Preferably citizens of Australia or PR, otherwise potential applicants must have proof of right to work in Australia.
Preferably candidates residing North East Melbourne, Airport West and Canterbury
REMUNERATION
$55,000 per year
Company car.
Company mobile phone.
You will also be provided with extensive training in the equipment used on a daily basis and a company laptop which is only to be used for business purposes.
