Warehouse Assistant

• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (no weekends)
• $30p/h plus super

MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join a one of Australia’s leading independent medical device distributors, based in Bowen Hills.

• 2 month temporary position with potential to extend
• ASAP start

What will you be doing?

• Co-ordinate, monitor and document all International/National and Local deliveries and collections
• Document all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with the Quality System
• Assess quality of goods being received and despatched in line with our standard operating procedures and action accordingly
• Process reporting for all warehousing processes and procedures
• Assist the Warehouse and Distribution Manager in same day pick, pack and dispatch of goods.
• Accurate and efficient processing of orders, shipments and dispatches.
• Maintain warehouse in a safe, clean and orderly manner
• Unloading, loading and logging of all incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Adhering to strict OHS guidelines in regards to lifting and moving of goods

What experience should you have?

• You will ideally have experience in a warehouse environment
• Great communication skills
• You must be reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• A good can do attitude
