About the role: 

 

We are seeking an experienced multiple  Talent Acquisition Partners  to assist in recruiting and on-boarding key roles to support our success. 

 

These positions are Full Time Fixed Term – 1 x Maternity Leave Cover and 1 x 12 Month Contract position (Salary range $74,448.40 – $83,657.60 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Options)

 

As the  Talent Acquisition Partner , you will be delivering best practice recruitment by proactively sourcing and creating talent pipelines, whilst also managing end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio, with a focus on delivering a positive and engaging experience for our hiring managers and candidates.  You will be working as part of a close-knit talent acquisition team, in a fast-paced environment that offers variety as well as a chance to be innovative and shape the role.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio including role briefing, development of sourcing strategy, drafting and posting adverts, screening, coordinating interviews, completing compliance checks and contract generation
  • Drive a positive candidate and hiring management experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate on key recruitment projects, for example: Electronic Medical Records Project at Northern Health
  • Manage social media presence and networking with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement for NH recruitment process
  • Create talent pipelines of quality candidates for future needs

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Ideally, you will have strong working experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably in  healthcare
  • Be dynamic and adaptable to a changing work environment is essential
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. A ‘can do’ attitude is also advantageous
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with exposure to healthcare recruitment
  • Working familiarity with Success Factors + LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Hand-on experience with candidate sourcing
  • Excellent candidate management skills
