Job Description

This highly respected and successful Engineering firm specialise in consultancy within commercial, residential and industrial projects.  They are experts in design and documentation as well as structural reporting.

The Role:
Working as the Office Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and therefore excellent organisational and attention to detail skills are essential.

This role will be offered on a permanent part time basis for flexible 3 days per week (18 hours p/w)

The Duties:
Some of your actual duties will include;

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Entering jobs into their system
  • Printing out construction reports and building plans
  • Managing various filing and archiving systems
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting the team with various other administrative tasks

The Requirements:
To be successful of this role you must have…

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and assist others
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, coupled with excellent communication skills
