The purpose of this role is to support the Trading Directors within the business, tasked with assisting Directors in managing day to day relationships with media partners and to work with account teams to support the delivery of best-in-class campaigns.

What your typical day will look like:

As the Digital Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Director, supporting a portfolio of existing clients across digital media implementation and activation, leaning towards planning & buying across search and social.

A Digital Manager work with the Digital Director taking on the online planning responsibilities in a team working to create media plans that complement the media strategy, non-digital planning and ultimately the client brief. As the title suggests this role is also responsible for managing team workflow and the quality and accuracy of client deliverables.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Responsible for creating and managing content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company’s digital performance across various channels such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.

A bit about you:

  • Solid Communication skills and strong presentation skills translating succinctly summarising and building your digital media recommendations. ​
  • You have great skills in creating and building meaningful connections with clients and team members, supporting the growth and development of Junior team members
  • Demonstrate strong client service skills with the ability to gain trust and confidence as well as project management end-to-end campaigns across digital media ​
  • You will have a lean into implementational planning and the ability to activate supporting your junior team members in the optimising and delivery of this media​
  • You will have experience in supporting the digital director in accurately forecasting media billings by media owner​
