Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand & Marketing, the Brand & Digital Marketing Consultant will develop growth marketing strategies for our varied portfolio of clients, ranging in size from start-ups to global brands.

About the role

In this role, you will be pioneering the best-in-class digital and brand strategies for our BlueRock clients.

You will have solid multi-channel marketing experience across the customer journey, a winning attitude fit for making big waves, a performance-focused mindset, and a friendly spirit.

You will be both creative, and analytical. You will have previously had a leading role in developing brand or marketing strategy, as well as hands-on experience in execution across channels, such as social media, paid ads and creative, with a focus on SEO

What you’ll be doing

  • Establishing and leading the development of brand and growth marketing strategies for new an established brands
  • Strategic level knowledge of campaign planning and channel management across Paid Advertising (Paid Search and Paid Social), Brand Strategy, Social Media, Search Engine Optimisation and Content
  • Directing and managing internal craft specialists who are responsible for tactical delivery across their specialised channels, including managing quality assurance
  • Leadership tasks, including planning, reporting, and supporting the team to deliver work effectively
  • Owning best-in-class client relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience for accounts managed, with a focus on timely communications, quality deliverables and proactive strategic advisory

We want to hear from people who have:

  • 4-6 years’ digital marketing experience (either agency or client-side) with a proven track record
  • Experience in SEO or content strategy advantageous!
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands with an understanding of eCommerce related KPIs
  • Experience in project delivery, including managing complex schedules, driving productivity and revenue, and financial reporting
