THE ROLE
As the Store Manager, you will support and lead your team to provide an incredible in store experience for your customers! You will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations in order to achieve great results!
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Prior retail management experience
- High level customer service skills
- Proven experience working with and achieving budgets, targets and KPI’s
- Experience managing large stock volumes
- Confidence to coach and deliver feedback to your team
- Excellent time management skills
