Building our Talent

We are currently seeking a professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Brisbane HQ.  This is a critical role which is responsible for the smooth and professional operation of the front of house and Reception areas and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, visitors and guests. 

As an integral part of the Administration team, the Receptionist manages  all coming calls and is the ‘face’ of Multiplex, arranges all ingoing/outgoing mail services, organises all meeting room requirements, assists with facilities and building management, processes invoices and purchase orders, works with HR for various onboarding activities including IT set up, access cards etc, organises catering, is responsible for the upkeep of all general office amenities and supports the wider administration team with tasks as required.

If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Reception, Customer Service or a Concierge role, are personable with excellent communication skills and passionate about creating exceptional service delivery, then we want to hear from you.  Proficiency in MS office, reliability, proactiveness and a being a team player are some of the key skills that will help you succeed in this role.
