The Role

As the EA at C Suite level, you will be busy ensuring the day to day outcomes for the MD with diary and email management, organising key internal and external meetings, coordinating extensive travel both national and some international, coordinating various key events for the business, documentation and minutes for key meetings and board support.  Salary circa $110k plus.

About You

Experienced as an Executive Assistant and looking for your next step up, you bring to this role a positive energy and interest in providing outstanding outcomes.  With Business Studies and proven work experience at management level, you are highly organised and preemptive, confidential and intuitive with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels.  You are systems savvy with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint and enjoy understanding the business at a deeper level.
