About The Position

The position on offer is the head chef role. Reporting directly to the group executive chef you will be responsible for all the daily repsonsiblities of the head chef including but not limited to the rostering, hiring/firing, training of the team, new menu ideas, promotion of company ideas and most importantly, keeping the customers happy with fantastic service and food.

The role is located in the heart of moss vale. Regular hours for a pub in regional NSW offering a great work life balance and a salary including staff discounts and career progression opportunities down the track.
