The role
Brennan IT is currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing, fun and supportive team. As a TA Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles predominately within the ICT space. You will also have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process (conducting job briefs, writing job advertisements, short-listing and screening applicants, arranging interviews and negotiating offers with candidates);
  • Create sourcing strategies that are innovative, with the aim to attract the best talent;
  • Assist with on boarding and induction processes;
  • Building on our talent community by pipelining for difficult-to-hire roles;
  • Managing and processing recruitment activity reports;
  • Work on recruitment projects as required.
  • Closely partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

What skills you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role – preferably with some internal recruitment or RPO exposure
  • Strong customer facing skills – with evidence of proven ability to liaise and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Solid understanding of the IT&T and/or professional services environments, particularly IT Infrastructure
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain and manage confidential information
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Can-do attitude and a desire to learn
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
