About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Talent & Benefits, you’ll proactively support the business and hiring leaders with  end-to-end recruitment, combining your senior experience in attraction and sourcing with a professional approach to securing technical and specialist talent.

You’ll work collaboratively to identify key attractors and channels, and  develop strategic sourcing methods to secure suitable talent whilst building pipelines for future needs

You will role-model service excellence and team-work, prioritising your workload and ensuring tailored, consistent and efficient recruitment service is provided to hiring leaders throughout the organisation through strong communication and reporting skills. Seeking continuous improvements, you’ll support both your wider-team and leaders in working through resourcing challenges, managing escalations and complex problems as they arise.

Working with the wider Talent and Benefits team, you’ll work with colleagues to support with employer branding, remuneration advice, approaches to diversity & inclusion, national and international recruitment as well as other tools designed to enable your success.

About you

With an extensive background in end-to-end recruitment and resourcing – ideally within the Energy, Utilities or EPCM sectors – you’ll demonstrate strong sourcing skills for both technical and non-technical roles through contemporary attraction and selection practices and through a range of resources and channels.

Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, you’ll bring a confident, partnership-style approach to working collaboratively with your leaders; building strong relationships whilst applying expertise in managing expectations and negotiating outcomes through both verbal and written communication. Drawing on your skills and knowledge, you’ll exhibit previous experience building leader capability through training and development in best-practice recruitment for their teams.

A seasoned recruiter, you’ll be experienced in providing sound advice and guidance, and prioritising workloads to ensure the wider team are collectively delivering on your commitments. You’ll display examples of identifying and implementing team improvements, and coaching junior team members on best-practice approaches to enable shared team success.
