We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our operations and team as part of our new long-term contract with QAL in Gladstone.

About the role

Based on our client site and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager – CQ, you will:

• Ensure customer service excellence is delivered 
• Build and maintain a strong & cohesive team environment, in line with Onsite’ values
• Lead the safety culture and safety compliance
• Ensure delivery of all contractual requirements & performance metrics
• Successfully manage and respond to any customer or operational issues 
• Drive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies 
• Successfully manage and achieve branch P&L requirements
• Complete all required reporting requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in the role, ideally you will need;

• Operational leadership experience with P&L responsibilities 
• Strong people leaderships skills with success in building high performing teams
• Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry
• Sound communication and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
• Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
