We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen steward to join our Forbes awarded 5-star team to assist in the daily operations within Crown Towers Hotel. Beautifully located on the southern bank of the Yarra River in Melbourne, Crown Towers sets the benchmark for luxury hotels in Australia. 

The ‘must have’s’

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded
• Previous cleaning experience in Hospitality or similar environment
• Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene
• Ability to work across a rotating 24 hour roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
