About the role
Authentic, enthusiastic and motivated, your new role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Working directly for the General Manager of Rail to provide outstanding administrative assistance and support.
  • Anticipates, organises and coordinates workflow of the General Manager and other senior business leaders through diary management, coordination of meetings and email correspondence.
  • Organise travel for the General Manager and Regional Management Team (RMT) members as required.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity
  • Partnering with PA/EA internal community within McConnell Dowell
  • Manage logistics associated with team activities, offsites, functions or events
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • About you
    To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Prior experience working in a personal assistant capacity supporting an individual within an organisation.
  • The ability to engage with key stakeholders in an efficient manner ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Able to think outside the box and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong can-do attitude with the ability to compliment others ways of preferred working.
