Role Type: Part time – Flexible hours available

Salary: $32/hr

This role is directly responsible for the activity at the front desk – first point of contact – walk in and telephone enquiries. Assist in the administration of the office as directed and required.

Also this role suits a candidate who is looking for a part time opportunity to access work life balance.

Main Duties:

  • First point of contact for customer and client enquiries
  • Answer phones – receive and forward incoming phone calls
  • General administration
  • Physical mail management
  • Occasional Data entry
  • Responding to emails & other correspondence
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and representatives
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Maintain office amenities and storeroom including ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Upkeep of the front office/reception/kitchen areas
  • Assist manager as required

The Successful Applicant will have:-

  • Experience across the MS Office Suite
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and priority management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethics
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn
  • Professional presentation
