About the Role:

• Administration support to the People & Culture team
• Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding and compliance protocols
• Assisting with the reward and recognition program
• Support with HR related administration and document creation
• Assist with the application and delivering of employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Assist the HR Business Partner with project initiatives

About You:

• Ideal for an entry level HR Graduate to commence your career
• A person who enjoys being busy, has a “can-do” attitude
• Comfortable with a varied workload across several responsibilities
• Exceptional communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach 
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
