The Role

Reporting to the HR Project Lead, the HR Coordinator will provide effective and timely administrative and coordination support across the employment cycle and business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate, timely, confidential, and proactive administration support to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and execute standard, repeatable, and effective administrative processes on the end-to-end employment lifecycle
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal administrative processes, and ensuring accuracy and tight version control across various systems
  • Assist HR Project Lead on key HR projects, providing support on implementation of projects in stores and support office.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.
  • Contribute to content management review and gap analysis on Backstage
  • Contribute to regular reporting cycles, as required
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, as required

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or studying towards) in Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum 2 years administration and / or recruitment experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Demonstrate proactive approach and uses initiative to progress tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work productively and harmoniously in a team environment
  • The ability to interact appropriately and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
