Job Description

The Opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager with a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude with the ability to deliver ambitious goals for the Coffee Mixes category.

A day in the life of…

  • You will manage a key portfolio within our coffee team, driving marketing and commercial activities, delivering market leadership in the retail market
  • You will lead the development and implementation of ‘best in class’ communication plans, developed locally
  • You will drive the Innovation & Renovation pipeline supported by strong insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialisation 
  • You will be pivotal in the activation of the customer and consumer brand activities and lead communication for product launches
  • You will track and monitor the performance, range, health and strategic alignment of your portfolio
  • Your role with be essential in managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain

What will make you successful

  • Communication experience working with creative and media agencies
  • We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, results focused with a collaborative mindset
  • Experienced brand manager with proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Innovation leadership – solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development and commercialisation into market
  • Communication experience working with creative and media agencies
  • Tertiary qualified with demonstrable commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholder
