The Opportunity:

The Inbound Sales specialist will be engaging with our customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support, receiving orders and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, cross selling and up-selling products and making outbound follow-up calls to help customers with implementing payment solutions and decisions regarding which products suit them best . This requires working closely with all departments in SMB while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly personal KPI and Sales targets.

 

Focus areas:

  • Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats.
  • Accurately record all interactions with Worldline customers in the CRM System
  • Upsell and cross-sell Worldline products / services
  • Meeting monthly individual direct sales target
  • Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality targets
  • Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
  • Continued learning and ability to work through change
  • Roster and scheduling Adherence

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist existing & new Worldline customer’s and partner’s sales inquiries via Inbound/Outbound calls and to sell Worldlines products / services
  • Convert sales opportunities into profitable new business signings to meet sales and revenue targets
  • Manage each new business sign up process, tracking the merchant’s application progress and ensure the application is assessed and processed in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Understand merchant business needs by performing an accurate assessment of transaction volumes and turnover
  • Recommend appropriate merchant solutions and provide the merchant with a pricing structure that maximises profitability, whilst remaining competitive
  • Proactively anticipate requirements by understanding merchants’ current and future business needs
  • Seek out and take advantage of new business opportunities
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering high quality customer interactions
  • Demonstrate service standards in all customer interactions
  • Manage each new business sign up process, tracking the merchant’s application progress and ensure the application is assessed and processed in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Be able to manage own time and adhere to rosters as required
  • Maintain quality service levels
  • Achieve set conversion rate targets

Skills required

  • Sales focus/Results oriented – Experience working towards sales targets is preferred, but not required
  • Understanding of compliance – previous experience working with policies and/or procedures
  • Strong communication skills –  previous experience having to engage and manage conversations over the phone and via email and ability to stay connected with referral partners
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service skills – know when to provide alternative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Business savvy – the ability to easily understand business requirements
