Junior Account Manager

WOW Recruitment is looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing and nurturing relationships for our client based in Alexandria!

Our client is primarily a B2B brand offering a disruptive new way to sell solar solutions to homeowners. They remove barriers to adopting solar for homeowners to enable the mass implementation of solar panels, batteries, and virtual power plant solutions. Their solutions allow homeowners and businesses to save costs on their energy bills and have a sustainable contribution to the environment!
 

• $70k-$80k Base + Super – Immediate Start!
• Career progression into a Customer Success Manager or Business Development Manager role.
• Work in a welcoming and collaborative team environment.

What you will do:

• Assist Business Development Managers with sales cycle – qualify leads, book appointments, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on contracts
• Nurture client relationships by providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients
• Respond to inquiries via emails and phone calls
• Utilise CRM software and tools to update the database with new orders and invoices
• Liaise with internal staff and key stakeholders

About You:

• Prior experience in a client services, sales support, or account management role (preferred, not essential)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proficient in utilising computer software and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
