Mecca Eastland – Zone Manager (beauty Lab)

What You Will Bring 

We are looking for the ultimate MECCA Brands ambassador who is passionate about leading and educating, to run our Beauty Lab in our newly opened- MECCA Eastland store in [V IC]! 

You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered forall ofour MECCA-Mazing customers through the Beauty Lab services.Whether you are currently in a Zone Manager position and are excited by the opportunity to drive the Beauty Lab as the ‘beating heart’ of the store, or you are looking for your first leadership position and are passionate about building this experiential service as MECCA’s unique, winning point of difference- we want to hear from you!

At MECCA, a Zone Manager is an entry-level leadership position that supports the management team of a busy MECCA store. As a Zone Manager of the Beauty Lab, you will use your energy and enthusiasm to champion this service, working on the Beauty Lab yourself, as well as driving and developing your Beauty Lab team, working closely with the Assistant and Store Managers to do so.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Beauty Lab Zone Managers include:

Ensuring Beauty Lab classes run smoothly and in line with expectations ( number of classes per day, hours given to store for Beauty Lab)

Booking and recruiting customers for workshops, events, services and promotions and assisting in the successful delivery of these

Fostering team commitment to exceptional customer service

Building and maintaining your team’s engagement and motivation towards Beauty Lab

Compliance and Store Operations, including monthly tester and supply audits as well as flagging any maintenance issues using the appropriate processes

A strong understanding of the 10 steps of the sale and ability to confidently close a sale

Strong interpersonal and team development skills, consistently seeking opportunities to upskill yourself and the team

Strong organisational skills with a solution-driven mindset

Exceptional product knowledge with cross-category expertise – your ability to be agile, flexible and adaptable will greatly aid your success in this role
