Office Manager | Sandgate Musgrave

Looking for a friendly and efficient Office Manager to join our Regis Sandgate Musgrave team!

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an Office Manager for our Sandgate Musgrave home.

Full time role working Monday to Friday

The Sandgate Musgrave Home:

Large bed home located in the lovely suburb of Sandgate and is one of 3 homes in the Regis Sandgate campus

Accessible by Public Transport and is close to shops, restaurants and more!

Staff parking at the campus

Fantastic leaders in the home that support and encourage you to grow your career

Role responsibilities & requirements

Effectively manage the home’s roster & payroll function

Communicate with the General Manager regarding recruitment needs, based on roster gaps and the annual leave tracker

Compliance and education throughout the home for all staff

General administrative duties including archiving, generating agendas, minutes and memos

Exceptional delivery of customer service

Previous experience in administration/leadership advantageous
