Job DescriptionYour OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to work in the corporate hospitality industry with no weekend or public holiday work. You will enjoy great work-life balance with shift work and no later than midnight finishing times. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and get to learn from the varied experience of their peers and leaders. As a Coordinator in the team, your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinate daily F&B services for tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner and formal dining events in a timely, highly efficient and effective manner

Coordinate with opening and closing shifts of the department and the whole operations on daily basis

Complete room set up /pack down for all client meetings and drive productivity

Assist in the effective department’s stock management

Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Workplace Hygiene (Food Handlers) – Statement of Attainment

Hospitality Supervision Skills/Sommelier/Barista training or certificates highly desirable

Experience providing fine dining/event services in the corporate or hospitality sector

Exceptional customer service skills
