Job DescriptionYour OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to work in the corporate hospitality industry with no weekend or public holiday work. You will enjoy great work-life balance with shift work and no later than midnight finishing times. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and get to learn from the varied experience of their peers and leaders. As a Coordinator in the team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate daily F&B services for tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner and formal dining events in a timely, highly efficient and effective manner
  • Coordinate with opening and closing shifts of the department and the whole operations on daily basis
  • Complete room set up /pack down for all client meetings and drive productivity
  • Assist in the effective department’s stock management
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Workplace Hygiene (Food Handlers) – Statement of Attainment
  • Hospitality Supervision Skills/Sommelier/Barista training or certificates highly desirable
  • Experience providing fine dining/event services in the corporate or hospitality sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills
