Job Description

The Office Manager & EA is responsible for managing and administering the Melbourne Superloop office and providing light IT support to the office as well as EA support to local Senior Management. This role can be both fast paced but require high precision and demands not only discretion but also superior organisational and prioritisation skills.

What will you do? 

• Organise company events, conferences and social activities
• Manage office expenditure and budgets for our offices, reconciling expenses
• Project management of new office relocations and fitouts
• Support employees with office-related enquiries and perform general office and facilities management duties
• Provide high quality and efficient company secretarial administrative support to the Company Secretarial team, the Board, and its committees
• Assist IT team in deploying local IT support
• Provides general administrative support to the Board and broader Legal & Risk team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in office coordination
• Previous experience supporting senior management
• Experience preparing high quality reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint formats
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software across Windows & Mac OS
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to actively respond to stakeholder needs
• High level of initiative, with an openness to own certain autonomous tasks and functions and tackle new challenges
