Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join Brandbank Group. The Head of Marketing role will have overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the strategic framework of our Fashion / Lifestyle brands.
 
The role will own a marketing budget and, in partnership with Design, Merchandise and Retail, ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience.
 
The role will set and oversee a detailed calendar of activity and lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team tasked with the executional application of multi-channel marketing activity.
 
The role will also identify, design and implement CRM strategies in line with brand priorities and provide strategic recommendations to improve / enhance the brand loyalty programs.
 
THE ROLE:

  • Develop Brand Strategy
  • Own and evolve brands marketing calendars
  • Oversee the PR, events and social media calendar
  • Work with marketing team & key internal stakeholders to oversee the various brand campaigns
  • Develop and evolve the digital Marketing strategy
  • Own and drive all customer-facing aspects of a new group loyalty program
  • Identify, design and implement CRM strategies in line with brand priorities and provide strategic recommendations to improve / enhance the brand loyalty programs
  • Develop the Group Analytics Roadmap to provide analysis on reactive/proactive marketing and identify market/customer insights to inform business decisions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline
  • Minimum 8 years in a similar role with extensive experience in Branding, PR, Advertising, Communications & Visual Merchandising
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing and reviewing brand strategies that have delivered the desired outcomes within budgets
  • Previous experience managing social media agencies & brand content
  • Previous experience overseeing & executing major brand campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, negotiation and written skills
  • Depth of understanding of the national and international retailing landscapes
  • Outstanding business acumen
