The role: 

Working alongside a phone-based Pacific sales team, you will receive inbound calls as well as generating new business through outbound calls to existing residential and SME customers across Australia and New Zealand. This is not a cold calling environment as you will be provided with leads. 

  • Partner with customers and develop relationship to provide best solutions and products tailored to their specific needs (Products and Service – Subscription / Monitoring)

  • Provide product knowledge as well as present products to connect with new and existing customers

  • Leads will be provided to you, as we work off an existing database, phone and email enquiries – you will then take the initiative to convert enquiries into sales!

  • Working with internal stakeholders to execute accurate and high-quality quotes and proposals to secure individual projects

What we look for: 

  • Previous experience as a Sales Representative within Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Electrical, Industrial Supplies is ideal.

  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with C-Level executives.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
