Our clients storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90% of WA’s grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world.

Job Description

• Support the EA with daily tasks
• Manage a busy email inbox, responding to any urgency actions in a timely and professional manner
• Process invoices for the Marketing and Trading department in SAP
• Manage and coordinate Senior Managers monthly credit card reconciliations and other administration duties
• Assist in arranging international & domestic travel, and accommodation, including preparation of travel itineraries
• Facilitate customer delegation visits
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on functions, conferences and other events with the EA
• Assist in the preparation of document and presentations for the wider Marketing and Trading Team
• General Ad Hoc administrative tasks for the wider Marketing & Trading Team

The Successful Applicant

Some of the things the successful applicant will possess are:

• 2+ years in administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal skills
• SAP experience is highly desirable
